The famous dish from Quebec, " La Poutine "! That sound not very good but we have to admit that it was very tasty! (Potatoes_cheese_ wine sauce !)

We
haven't yet spoken about Aurore and Etienne, who finish
their world tour, in Montreal! Having full of childhood
memory with Aurore and wanting to know more about their
experience, we decided to cross the Canada to see them. To illustrate it, a small photo romance!

A voir quoi!
After our snowshoes trip, here we are in Quebec, a very beautiful
historic city, the only fortified city in North America and, on the
list of the world heritage established by the UNESCO. You must see!
On this photo, the ferryboat breaking the ice of St Laurent! We ignored the temperature but the felt was cold, very cold!
retourne!
We don't show you too much but it was beautiful. We arrived at the end of the Carnival of Quebec but it is decided, next year, we will return to it!mercredi 20 février 2013

Let's go for the adventure! Muriel and Clémence who agreed to be our hosts for our trip in Montreal, took us to make snowshoes
in the national park of the Big Gardens with overnight stay in a chalet!
It
was perfect! The steaklet of duck and the potatoes, in barbecue,
with the cheese and the red wine, was pleasant to pass a good night! It made -17 ° and approximately -5 °, during the night, in
